Daniel sold our 1st home in 2011 within 22 days during the GFC for our goal price in a very slow market - unheard of at that time! We then rented through Prestige post-settlement for approx 3 years during the build of our dream home - they're very diligent with inspections, I'd absolutely use them if I were a landlord! Come time for us to downsize from our dream home, of course we had our agent Daniel list our current home. He knows the market well & told us it's value honestly and realistically. Daniel guided us on how to stage our home & even helped us move items and clean if he saw anything our eyes had missed. Once we listed our home, I got calls from other agents claiming that we should be able to get $$$$$+ for our property, all inflating it's value, but I was keeping up to date with comparable sales so I knew they were way off - the market will only pay what it will pay and with Daniel's updates after each open-house, we knew groups' budgets coming through each week and how many had actually taken a contract - Daniel was spot on in his estimate and advice every step of the way! He called us after each open house and again on follow-up of each group - we started getting offers from the 1st open house and he negotiated with each group until we got an offer that we were happy with. We needed a short settlement and wanted a week overlap whilst moving and Daniel effortlessly negotiated that as well. He even helped us get trades for our new home. He really has become a valued and trusted friend, I can call him for advice and he's always willing to help us. We accepted an offer in the 3rd week of our campaign and sold pre-auction at the top of our comparable range and we are VERY HAPPY! Don't be enticed by an agent coming in with high numbers, I'd rather know up-front realistically what we're likely to get and Daniel has NEVER disappointed. We would recommend Daniel Hall and Prestige Professionals in a heartbeat!
