Daniel sold our 1st home in 2011 within 22 days during the GFC for our goal price in a very slow market - unheard of at that time! We then rented through Prestige post-settlement for approx 3 years during the build of our dream home - they're very diligent with inspections, I'd absolutely use them if I were a landlord! Come time for us to downsize from our dream home, of course we had our agent Daniel list our current home. He knows the market well & told us it's value honestly and realistically. Daniel guided us on how to stage our home & even helped us move items and clean if he saw anything our eyes had missed. Once we listed our home, I got calls from other agents claiming that we should be able to get $$$$$+ for our property, all inflating it's value, but I was keeping up to date with comparable sales so I knew they were way off - the market will only pay what it will pay and with Daniel's updates after each open-house, we knew groups' budgets coming through each week and how many had actually taken a contract - Daniel was spot on in his estimate and advice every step of the way! We accepted an offer in the 3rd week of our campaign and sold pre-auction at the top of our comparable range and we are VERY HAPPY! I had to assist my mother sell her house when my father passed away and I was not looking forward to any additional work and stress at this time. I checked in with the local Real Estate agents in Moorebank and on the surface it was hard to decide as I always heard about positive experiences.
