Been new to Sydney, it was a great relief to find an agency that understood our needs and were very quick at processing our application. We were always kept informed and in fact on a few occasions, answered the phone outside of normal office hours. We aim to be landlords one day and we will definitely have them look after our property, comforted by the service that we received and how detailed they were in ensuring that their landlord was matched with the best possible tenant. I found out on the 4th of January my daughter had been accepted to do a course in Kirrawee starting on the 27th of January and had to find a unit for her and a fellow student in a very short amount of time. I am based in Adelaide which added to the difficulty. My first dealing was with Ahmed who was extremely helpful & very friendly and Karol also was brilliant all while they were very short staffed. Ahmed organised a virtual inspection for me and we were able to rent the unit. Roland organised all the paperwork which was all smooth sailing and we were able to move my daughter in five days before her course started. a massive thank you to Ahmed, Karol & Roland
