As a landlord having experienced a number of different property managers for my rental property over the years, I have no hesitation in recommending prestige property group Arncliffe, for their services. They are easily contactable and efficient and are prompt with rent payments all the time. Kadijah is direct, conclusive and honest. I dont hesitate to contact her when needed. She has kept the management process simple with her exceptional communication skills.

I was looking for a clean unit/house for about 2 months as me and my fiance were getting married and were so stressed in finding something we liked. I went and inspected alot of properties but nothing felt like home and i didn’t really like anything. We wanted a property that was clean with 2 spacious bedrooms. I then saw a property on Prestige real estate website and went and inspected it, let me tell you it was so clean, fully renovated and it stole my heart and it felt like home. I really recommend Prestige real estate as you will find what you’re looking for. This property was literally exactly what i wanted and more! If you’re looking for a property Prestige real estate are the experts!!

I have been humbled by the attention to detail from the team at Prestige Property Group Realty. It has been a seamless process from inspection, agreement to the ongoing communication. There has been a few requests I had made in regards to the property and my feedback was acknowledged and attended to. There have also been issues in the building and some changes with contractors, when the managing agent contacted me to inform me, he also had a solution to support me and my family/work/life balance. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received and will definitely recommend Prestige Property Group Realty.

Been new to Sydney, it was a great relief to find an agency that understood our needs and were very quick at processing our application. We were always kept informed and in fact on a few occasions, answered the phone outside of normal office hours. We aim to be landlords one day and we will definitely have them look after our property, comforted by the service that we received and how detailed they were in ensuring that their landlord was matched with the best possible tenant. Can't thank the team at Prestige enough for their continued efforts. They have even called numerous times to ensure that we were well settled into the house and Sydney in general. THANK YOU

I found out on the 4th of January my daughter had been accepted to do a course in Kirrawee starting on the 27th of January and had to find a unit for her and a fellow student in a very short amount of time. I am based in Adelaide which added to the difficulty. My first dealing was with Ahmed who was extremely helpful & very friendly and Karol also was brilliant all while they were very short staffed. Ahmed organised a virtual inspection for me and we were able to rent the unit. Roland organised all the paperwork which was all smooth sailing and we were able to move my daughter in five days before her course started. a massive thank you to Ahmed, Karol & Roland
