My name is Andrew Trezona and being a tradie I normally never write reviews, however this time I take the time to make an exception. Being a landlord myself Sanjay was recommended to me by my real estate agent. My home in Adelaide was being rented out and initially I intended to sell my house before buying interstate. As you do I started looking early and found a place I liked which I really wanted. Not only did I throw the interstate and a time line problem over to Sanjay but my home was also tenanted for another year lessening the buying pool market. Sanjay not only sold my before time, gave me advice on what to do and how much to accept price wise but he also sold my house well in excess of what I was expecting as well as keeping the costs down. Lastly his professional demeanour and cool head just made my life so much easier at a stressful time.
