Great Negotiator
Sanjay sold my property in South Avenue Northfield, whole process was smooth and quick where he was able to get more than what we expected through Auction. He has very good market knowledge as he is the local agent. He was also involved in getting the property ready for sale with furniture hiring and small fixtures.

Reliable and honest service
Northgate R/E has been looking after my portfolio of rental properties for years. My management agent Brittany is very friendly, hard working with a very cheerful character. We have regular detailed inspection reports without fail, and she has been keeping the properties in a good state. We bought another property at Northfield through Sanjay at auction at a reasonable price. We decided to sell one of our properties by Sanjay. He gave us a detailed appraisal, advised on the promotion without over spending, and a reasonable price guide. He worked diligently at the frequent open inspections. He managed to get a reasonable sale prior to auction.
