Ilia is simply the best and I cannot speak highly enough of him as our agent!
His professionalism, knowledge, reliability, honesty, and work ethic are second to none. Ilia went above and beyond to achieve the best possible result for us. He relieved the stress of selling our home by making the whole process seamless from start to finish. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients, as he was always reachable, easy to talk to, and always provided very thoughtful advice. Purchase of investment property
Ilia helped my partner and I secure a property in Bossley Park at a price we were pleased with. Great experience with Ilia and his team!
My husband and I purchased a property listed with Ilia and his team - they were amazing! Ilia and his team were ALWAYS so lovely to deal with, so easy to get in touch with (other agents I have dealt with in the past have been difficult to get a hold of once contracts were signed), they explained everything thoroughly and made the whole purchasing process so easy. Even though purchasing a property is usually a stressful (and exciting) time, ilia and his team made sure to take care of everything so we never had to stress or worry about anything. He was honest, informative, and professional throughout the whole process. My husband and I can’t thank them enough or recommend them highly enough!
