Five stars simply isn’t enough for Bill. Frankly, the rating system needs to be reconsidered. Calling Bill a real estate agent feels insulting. He’s more of a property wizard, part-time psychologist, full-time miracle worker and, quite possibly, the finest negotiator to have walked Australian soil. From start to finish, Bill was absolutely bloody phenomenal. Nothing was too difficult, communication was outstanding, and somehow he managed to make the entire process feel under control even when the rest of us had absolutely no idea what was going on. At several points I’m fairly certain Bill was simultaneously negotiating the deal, answering our questions, predicting the future and preventing the Australian property market from collapsing. If Bill told me tomorrow that a burnt-out garden shed in the middle of the Nullarbor was a solid investment, I’d probably ask him where to sign. We ended up with the property we wanted, the process was remarkably smooth, and Bill went well beyond what we expected from an agent. Give this man a raise, a statue, his own suburb and possibly a public holiday. 11/10. Would trust Bill with real estate, international diplomacy and potentially my firstborn.
