Our experience working with Sunny to sell our property was excellent. When we put it up for sale, we faced some small issues with the tenants who were living there. They didn't even visit the property before buying it, and we received more money than we expected. I bought this property with the help of Sunny, who I got to know from My sister and her friends also had good experiences dealing with Sunny before. He's a really friendly and hardworking person. In my case, I didn't even have to visit the property because I live in Canberra. Sunny did a few video tours of the property for me. It's amazing how smoothly everything went, and now I'm a proud owner of a property in Pimpama, it’s 6 months today and I haven’t regretted my decision a bit, i also noticed a good increase in the property from the day of purchase till now hence this review, Sunny is also helping me manage my property portfolio. Brett Willi made selling our home a positive and stress-free experience. Brett was always professional as well as caring and friendly. Brett kept us in the loop throughout our time with him, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Brett showed a great understanding of the process and guided us through the tricky situations whilst dealing with third parties. We always felt Brett had our best interests at heart. Brett never pushed his own agenda upon us, which gave us great confidence in him as our home seller. John Topping is down to earth. Communicating through the whole process. The open houses were a success with buyers being able to envisage & view the property. We have a fair share of having a horrible experience with agents in the past, but when we meet Gary and Kleth, they didn't make us feel uncomfortable. The y were standing in one corner very professionally waiting and ready to answer our questions. Both of them were extremely helpful, transparent and reliable. Gary understood our needs and our desire to have a place to call our home. He was open and we felt the he valued and care about our hopes and wishes.
