Erin has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process of the purchase. From the initial inspection right through to settlement Erin has always been easy to reach, quick to respond and very knowledgeable when it comes to all aspects of the process. In fact she has been of great assistance even post settlement helping with utility issues during the inconvenience of lock down. I would highly reccomend Erin's services to any prospective buyers.

Chris was so professional when we sold and bought through him.
Chris was amazing he knew the houses in the area that had sold and what the market value was. He showed us so we could get an idea on what ours was worth. He was so professional in his presentation and his manner. Always called me back if he as in a meeting of if there was something he needed to check on for me. He was very supportive as we have a very unwell son and this made it difficult with house inspections and Chris always made sure what day and time would be best to show people through given our sons situation. We have dealt with many agents over the years but he is the best we have worked with. I highly recommend Chris as an agent. Thankyou Chris

Erin was very knowledgeable and super helpful from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and her response to emails was very prompt. She has a very positive and easygoing personality, and is very easy to communicate with. This was our first land purchase and we couldn't have asked for a better agent to deal with.
