Smooth sailing
After having previous dealings with Annie as our property manager it was a no brainer for us to ask her to sell our house for us. From the start of the selling process to the end, Annie was in constant contact with us. She provided ongoing support and advice regarding what would assist us in selling our house and once it was on the market, she constantly communicated with us giving regular updates and was able to sell our house within a few days of it going on sale. We have no problems highly recommending Annie and the staff at Priority 1 Property for the sale of your property.

The Best Real Estate Agent Ever
Over the years, I have had a number of dealings with agents, and most have been very good. Kerri Jongebloed however, takes great service to an entirely new level. My Mother, sisters & I made the decision to sell Mum's home when she went into our local nursing home & Kerri was well aware that we really needed the best possible price to assist in paying for Mum's room. Kerri was always in contact with us over any matter to do with selling Mum's home. She did so with care, grace and discretion. My sisters live interstate and Kerri took the time to always include them in any communication as well. Early on we had quite a reasonable offer which we did not accept & then all was quiet for a few weeks. Kerri was calm and patient with her excellent advice. From our initial meeting with Annie to discuss listing our property, to organizing the photos, everything ran like a well oiled machine. Very professional, Reliable and Stress free experience
Leah kelly goes above and beyond for me and my ex partner. Made a difficult time of having to sell our house due to the separation very stress free and really helped with what is a difficult time to go through. As a first home buyer and now seller i am very impressed with the professionalism of Leah and her team. I will be keeping leah around for my future property adventures and highly recommend Leah to those new and old to the housing market. Amazing service and Leadership
As excited as I was to purchase my first property, I was equally as nervous and stressed. Annie was the absolute light who led me through the entire process. Not only did Annie provide amazingly prompt and quality customer service, I was lucky enough for her to take me under her wing. Annie took care of me, following up with my solicitor and broker on urgent issues so she could call me throughout and at the end of it all to reassure me that it was all going to be ok. That kind of service is EXACTLY what a first home buyer needs. Annie's service throughout the entire transaction displayed nothing short of care, commitment and constant communication. Annie went above and beyond her role to ensure I was more than happy with the property and I would highly recommend Annie as THE agent to call on when buying/selling a property.
