The Unknown legend
What can I say... I was tired of putting offers down and always getting kicked back from offers to offers. My patience was wearing me down. So I decided to give Shane a call as my wife showed me this wonderful house that we have now called home for many years to come. Shane heard my tone of voice, tired, almost giving up and couldn't be bothered putting an offer on another house. With Shane's help setting up a private inspection and negotiation with the seller. The family and I have now bought our first home thanks to Shane and his team for making this dream come true. He has an awesome flow and confidence that makes us feel welcomed and confident . Polite and Professional
We had previously listed with Jason when the market was flat. During this time Jason tried his best to sell the home. What I appreciated most (given the tough market) was that Jason was always polite and respected our wishes (and did not push to sell at any cost). Luckily the market improved and on our second listing with Jason, the house went under offer after the first home open.

Extremely proffesional and conducted in a timely fashion
As first home buyers, we were extremely anxious about getting a mortgage and we weren't sure if we were ready or not.
