I rang Jason to get an appraisal as we were just in early stages of moving. Jason came over and was very positive, polite and full of knowledge. We had another local agent come through, the other agent was creating a bit of a buzz in the local area so we thought we would see what they said. This agent was like a hurricane, came in whizzed around and left.... so when Jason rang a few days later just for a chat and to see how we felt about his appraisal we settled on him as our agent. My husband was working away and I was wrestling two small children but Jason made the whole sale process easy. While I was moving out and cleaning up the house Jason touched base regularly and answered any questions I had. Once we was moved out Jason put the house on the market and we was sold within a week!! Selling my home in a depressed market after over capitalising it thinking it would be my last home wasn’t an easy decision. I interviewed 2 agents - “Seville Grove’s #1 Real Estate Agent” and Shane.
