I rang Jason to get an appraisal as we were just in early stages of moving. Jason came over and was very positive, polite and full of knowledge. We had another local agent come through, the other agent was creating a bit of a buzz in the local area so we thought we would see what they said. This agent was like a hurricane, came in whizzed around and left.... so when Jason rang a few days later just for a chat and to see how we felt about his appraisal we settled on him as our agent. My husband was working away and I was wrestling two small children but Jason made the whole sale process easy. While I was moving out and cleaning up the house Jason touched base regularly and answered any questions I had. Once we was moved out Jason put the house on the market and we was sold within a week!! Jason handled everything and made the whole process super easy and we felt very confident that Jason was doing the right thing by us. I would definitely recommend Jason, and if I find myself back in the area I will definitely be calling Jason.

Jason has out done himself went over and above to help my family out in selling our house he was extremely patient with us while we had a few last minute renovations and clean ups. When the property was ready he was great at what he does with lots of knowledge on our next steps. Always kept me up to date on what was happening. Selling my home in a depressed market after over capitalising it thinking it would be my last home wasn’t an easy decision. I interviewed 2 agents - “Seville Grove’s #1 Real Estate Agent” and Shane. I found out why the other agent sells the most houses. He prices them at the lowest possible amount so they sell quickly so they build his stats - he didn’t even actually look at the house! Shane doesn’t do that - he prices a house at what it is worth and he gets it. If I had chosen Mr #1 I would have lost $35k which isn’t petty cash for anyone. Shane priced my house at what it was worth, worked with me to minimise the impact with my disabilities, and was beside me every step of the way. He was working for ME, not just himself or his sales figures. I couldn’t recommend an agent more highly. He’s a rare breed of agent and I think everyone buying or selling in the area should use him. You definitely won’t regret it. Thank you Shane - you made a really difficult decision and process as easy as you possibly could and you earned every penny of your commission. You are truely a star in the field of real estate.
