Despite the fact that my property was on the market a long time, Jason never lost heart. He was upbeat, positive and kept in regular contact. He listened to my moans and groans and never let it worry him. He was open to discussion and at no stage pushed me to change the price or give up. I finally decided that having watched the market I would need to take a drop and spoke to him about this. I credit the sale to his perseverance, the drop in price and a quick paint job to brighten it up and repair small tenant damage. Great job all round. Thank you Jason.

I had a property to sell in Seville Grove and I contacted Jason having had no recommendation, I just found his name as an agent in the Seville Grove area. Jason was immediately pro-active and drove past the property the next day to give his initial opinion. As we live interstate this interest was much appreciated. He gave us valuable insight into the area and also his opinions on our planned renovation work prior. At all times he was very professional, honest and helpful and always followed through. As we live interstate it was very important that we had an agent we could rely on. Jason had the house on the market quickly and we received an offer that we accepted within a week. Great result!!
