I wanted to sell this property during a period where there was not much moving in the market so I was relieved when Julie rang to say she had secured a sale. The settlement was delayed further by bank valuations but finally it was completed and I am very grateful it did. Armidale is a very particular market and you need someone who is knowledgeable about the area and can pinpoint advantages of your home over others. Uphill and Schaefer have been agents in Armidale for many years and that brings a varied skill set and a great deal of experience. I would use Julie again without hesitation if I had to sell there again.
