I've been dealing with Byford Professionals, Chris and the team for several years and have always highly rated their professionalism, realism and communication. Being fifo communication is extremely key for me. I'm a straight shooter and Chris and the team deliver it how it is which I commend. Chris' knowledge and professionalism really shows which you'll find out for yourself. I've recently rented, sold and most recently bought properties through Chris and the team and there hasn't been one time where there was an issue. Anything that needed attention or an answer was dealt with in a efficient, professional manner. Recently requiring to purchase a property in a short deadline Chris was able to help me out and all desired outcomes were met above expectations. A very personal, much appreciated thank you to Chris and the team

We first met Chris when he came to appraise our property in Mardella early 2022, we were on the fence about selling and he was so honest and helpful but not pushy at all. After a few months of thinking, we decided now was the time and went straight back to Chris and his team at Byford Professionals. Our house went live on the Sunday and needless to say Chris had our house sold by the Thursday for more than asking price. That's right 4 days! The process from start to finish was so simple and Chris was available to help with anything and everything whenever we needed him. His advice was helpful, his help was freely available and his attitude to everything was the best I have ever seen from an agent. We would not hesitate for a second to go back to Chris when we are looking to buy or sell next time. Thanks so much for all your help Chris, you truly are a great agent!

Christopher and his team have good knowledge & feel for the current property market. Professionals Byford worked with me through the purchase of my property, and explained unsure details with simple terminology. They are very efficient and resolved any queries within a reasonable turnaround time, therefore speeding up the purchase on my behalf. Still working with them as to the rent of the property, & would recommend Byford Professionals.

I found Chris and his colleagues easy, clear and highly responsive during the recent purchase I made. I'd definitely recommend them as a highly professional team to anyone. Being an absent buyer wasn't easy, but they made it easy and were incredibly helpful going above and beyond the norm. Thanks guys

We were extremely lucky to have the pleasure in dealing with The Professionals in Byford. We first met Christopher Thomas at a home open in Hilbert as my daughter was looking to purchase her first home! He was not only professional and extremely knowledgeable about the area and the property, making it a great experience for my daughter as she managed to secure her first home. Christopher was outstanding throughout the whole process. So it was obvious we would use The Professionals in Byford to sell our property of 20 yrs. Chrisopher came out and inspected our property in Mardella and after the valuation we hit the market. With one home open we had two offers on the table and our home was sold after being listed for a week!! We would recommend Chrisopher and the great team at byford for anyone looking to buy or sell, fantastic service through the entire process can't thank them enough!
