Chris was very approachable and not like other agents that assume they are in control of the entire process or more elite than the client. He was relatable, friendly and built the relationship within the first few moments of meeting him in a very professional manner. He was candid in his communication- whether he was providing good or bad feedback. If he was not available on the phone and I left a message or text- he would always get back to us. Would definitely look at using Chris' service for the sale/buying of a home!

This is the 4th time we have dealt with Chris and the team, both buying and selling. We chose Chris this time due to our past experiences and were not disappointed. Chris's local market knowledge and expertise were again invaluable in bringing us together with buyers and providing choices and advice. He is backed by a unique team of people who are tops in communication and follow up. Nothing is left to chance and they simply get on with what is required to get the contract completed. Even though we have now moved away from Byford we will still seek Chris's advice from time to time. Cant recommend the Professionals Byford highly enough.

We would thoroughly recommend Professionals Byford and Chris. The service and communication was nothing but professional and seamless throughout. Chris sold our property after the first home open. We had very little time to find another place to live. We viewed other properties in varying locations but although desperate to secure somewhere none of them felt right and we didn’t put an offer in on any of them. Chris took the time to identify our likes, needs and what we were hoping for in a home and went above and beyond in finding and securing us one that we loved. We were able to settle on our sold property and move into the new one the same day, it all worked out perfectly! The service Chris provided went above and beyond. We would also like to say what a wonderful experience we had with Kirsten (Sales Administrator) in the office too. Always consistent, extremely reliable, professional and kind in her service with us.
