Billy went over and above his duties in during the sale of our house, he minimised our marketing costs in suggesting we advertise on the internet only, without costly need to place adverts in the local newspaper. Initial notice to offer was a matter of weeks, and he was always receptive (following up phone call/email) during the settlement period. His advice and comment was honest and clear, and we felt he was always acting on our behalf, always to our benefit. Settlement was a tortuous affair, with various delays in the buyer getting finance, but we got there in the end. As such, I would recommend Billy to anyone wanting to sell their house.
