Leveaux delivers.....simply "everything" you need when selling. After signing with Leveaux we had to unexpectedly go overseas almost immediately, she took care of everything, keeping in daily contact with us, even watering our plants. The open home ( only had one ...she is a very quick seller and negotiator ) was very well organized. When the contract with the purchaser was signed, through to unconditional and settlement she was always in contact.....definitely something you want when selling as it could be a trying time....BUT not with Leveaux she is there to help and advice you, we are leasing back from the new owner for a short period and Leveaux helped us secure this.... she is a "true Professional in her profession". I used Professionals Edge hill as my agent as they were the real estate managing the unit. Leveaux guided me through the selling process, organised the photography through Open2view (also good), and I had an offer with in a few weeks of going on the market, and a reasonable price too.
