I have nothing but praise for this man. He knew his job and performed it admirably. He has a very positive attitude all the way through the entire process. He made what should have been a very difficult time as this was my first house into a simple joy. I hope to never buy another house or move again, but, if I did so I would deal with John if that were to happen again. Good personality, easy smile and knowledge. You just can't beat the combo. John provided good pre listing information about recent sales in the area. He communicated well all the way through the process and achieved an above expectation sale price. As i am a remote owner i appreciated the extra services he arranged, such as mowing etc. I would use John again without a second thought and would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their house.
