However, John impressed us with his knowledge of the area, his sincerity, his sales record, and his thorough explanation of the marketing process and costs. John achieved a sale for us at the price we were seeking within a week, negotiating between two parties. After the contract was signed, John kept us informed of all matters pertaining to the contract and undertook additional work for us as required. Nothing was too difficult. Was very pleased with the sale. John worked extremely hard to achieve the best possible price, considering there was quite a few properties up for sale in the area. Was very happy with Johns knowledge of the area along with his marketing strategy, which gave us great results. We were also very pleased with the way he kept us up to date via verbal and electronic communication. We Initially contacted other property sales people in the Cairns area to sell our investment property, but decided on John as he had a great track record and was very prompt in getting back to us. I would definitely recommend John, and after he has worked for us and achieved the results he did, I wouldn't use anybody else.
