Best Property Management Team in Town
I have been a tenant with Professionals Australind for more than 10 years since they were DAD Realty a small local agent. In the time I have been with them I have found them to be fantastic. I refuse to use any other agency now. As long as you do the right thing, they will look after you.

The only reality I would recommend in the area, they listen to their protentional customers, they genuinely care, return your phone calls and treat you with respect. None of the other reality agencies were capable of this. Service was excellent, the entire office actually work as a team and go out of their way to help. Could not offer more praise for the service received.

Smooth property management experience
Lisa from PDR has been taking care of our property for the past 7 months and it's been a relatively smooth experience, providing good communication from finding a tenant through to ongoing inspections & maintenance. However, for (non urgent) maintenance requests, usually only one quote is provided, despite having asked for several. While I understand some quotes may have fees attached, it would be nice to be informed of such so I'm aware and can understand why several quotes wasn't provided. Otherwise, easy to deal with.
