Lisa from PDR has been taking care of our property for the past 7 months and it's been a relatively smooth experience, providing good communication from finding a tenant through to ongoing inspections & maintenance. However, for (non urgent) maintenance requests, usually only one quote is provided, despite having asked for several. While I understand some quotes may have fees attached, it would be nice to be informed of such so I'm aware and can understand why several quotes wasn't provided. Otherwise, easy to deal with.
