Professional
Professional is how I’d describe Albi. Right from the beginning he was easy to talk to, well informed and had his pulse on the market. My concerned and questions were very quickly addressed via text and phone calls, which suited me the best. When ever I needed an extra viewing, Albi was accomodating with out fuss. If I were to buy, or know anyone who was in the market to buy, I’d have no hesitation in recommending Albi and the professionals. Oh and the bottle of Champagne was a nice touch too!

Feedback on the sale of 11 Hillview Drive, Drummond Cove, W.A.
After experiencing frustration with previous property agents, I was recommended to Alby Svenson. I accepted his offer to act as my agent for the sale of my property at 11 Hillview Drive. I was very satisfied overall with his efforts to improve the property's chances of a timely sale by firstly making the place more presentable & even mowing the lawns. Relative to the nature of the property market at the time, early 2017 and relative to the market value of the property I was pleased with the subsequent sale of the place in a fairly short time.
