Just want to say a huge thanks to Matt and the team. Was told that the market was rough to sell, so we put it on up for sale early. Unfortunately for us, way too early. The our house sold extremely quickly. Matt and the team always were contacting us with up dates. The home open for us was worrying, as foot prints would be left. Matt was able to get us top dollar for our property, the property was priced right and was presented well online, in combination with the sign the property gained a lot of interest from day one. This interest with Matts help caused buyers to realise if they wanted the property they would have to make a good offer, which they did and only for a few thousand less than the asking price and with-in two weeks of listing. 16 Years’ experience counts.
