Annique was a lovely friendly lady Fromm the start, My son and daughter went to look at this particular house for as I do Fifo and was at work, Annique met them there and my daughter also took my 2 little granddaughters with her, Annique had color pencils puzzle and colouring books for my little granddaughters which meant my daughter could concentrate on looking at the house which I thought was lovely. I found Annique to be very happy and knowledgeable and was very happy to accomodate me when I flew home from work, I was very happy to move into my new home and was left a lovely hamper. Matt was flexible in arranging a time suitable to view the property and provided appropriate advice on selling our home. His estimate on the current value of the house was within the range it was sold for and sold within our time frame. The proof is in the pudding.
