Just want to say a huge thanks to Matt and the team. Was told that the market was rough to sell, so we put it on up for sale early. Unfortunately for us, way too early. The our house sold extremely quickly. Matt and the team always were contacting us with up dates. The home open for us was worrying, as foot prints would be left.
