Didn't want to help at all with legal repairs to be completed at final inspection and complanied it would push settlement out. Was told house would be left professionally cleaned and was left disgusting and has cost me $1100 to be cleaned. On day of settlement I had organiesd for my partner to get keys and on her way to office they rang her saying we closed office early and now will have to go elsewhere to get keys. Very unprofessional and didn't make it easy with settlement

I bought my house from Matt Condit in 2014 and went to him to sell the same property for me 10 years later. Why? Because I felt he was excellent at his job. Matt was very thorough. He spent alot of time on his first visit giving me some helpful suggestions of any upgrades that the home needed for a sale. He spent time explaining the details of the process. His communication was excellent. Matt and Luke and the team were very professional. I would describe their work as "slick", they knew the market, and it was smooth every step of the way. Matt had some great ideas. His strategy was using an "open by appointment" approach, which minimised the number of people who had no interest in buying from coming through. At the first viewing there were 12 groups of people with 2 interested buyers. The offer was one I could not turn down and the house was under offer soon after and the 2nd viewing was cancelled.
