Annique has been amazing throughout the process of selling our house. We had already put an offer on another property so Annique wasted no time in getting our house on the market. We had an offer pretty quickly. Unfortunately their finance fell through so one again Annique sprung into action to relist the property. Had another few offers within days. Matt had been providing us free market advice regarding our investment property, with absolutely no pressure to sell or move to their property management team, for the better part of a decade before making the decision to sell. As a long term rental the property was quite run down and Matt was able to provide invaluable advice on how best to restore it to both maximise our return and provide a great living environment for the new owners. Luke and the rest of the team joined in at the start of the selling process and they were all lovely to deal with, attended to everything promptly and just generally made what could be a stressful experience (particularly given this our only time selling a house) into a smooth and easy process.
