After all the negotiations we managed to get $2500 above the lowest possible price which he did very professionally and yet still have a sense of humor that is not a bad thing to do as another relationship with the buyers who will remember that day with the offer eventually accepted subject to finance and a 6 week settlement to allow 2 weeks to remove bad credit, preventing approval. We made it to the 6 week mark and still no unconditional approval as still being assured that it will be ok by Fergus and the broker my wife wanting to place it back on the market and myself wanting to give it some more time to sort out the problem with the application. We got our approval and as it was 2 weeks late it is all finished sold with everything disclosed that was buyers information which he handled it smoothly. I met with the buyers and made a friend.
