Wrong approach.
Matt's belief that 'by appointment' is the best way to sell failed us completely, possibly because he valued the home too high. We had NO viewings by appointment in the 3 and a half weeks we had available to sell. That is why we insisted on home opens which produced 6 or 7 viewings AND a buyer within the timeframe we had. That says it all really.

Very friendly and easy to deal with
When I was offered a job away I needed to sell my house quickly. I approach several agents but went with Tom because he seemed the most down to earth. He made the process easy and kept me informed.
