Fourteen years ago we chose Matt to sell our home in Marangaroo with a great outcome. Recently we decided to sell our family home of ten years in Darch. We went through the process of three agents appraisals, opinions and marketing ideas. We should have not bothered with three as Matt again was the stand out person to sell our home. Fourteen years on, like yesterday a very astute agent acting in the best interests and parameters we mutually agreed on. I am from a customer service and corporate background and rated Matt with 5 stars in all the essential areas related to selling real estate, negotiation, credibility, communication and market knowledge. This is not common for me as I have very high expectations for service delivery which I believe is lacking in Western Australia in many areas.
