I feel honoured to pass on my experience as I know it's hard choosing a realestate agent as there's so many around , this is true but none like Fergus ! Fergus from day one made us feel comfortable with his calm non pushy attitude who listened to our needs and then raised them by working above and beyond to get the price we seeked for our home . There were no sneaky tricks or listing our house high and encourage price drops . I feel Fergus delivered everything he promised and his communication through out was second to none by always keeping us informed every step of the way . We purchased a house in the mean time while our house was still listed as subject to sale which now put more pressure on Fergus to sell and and in true Fergus style he wasent worried one bit and rather than take the easy option and encourage a price drop he actually did a double home open one on Saturday and Sunday afternoons as he knew we had limited time !
