Leon was very helpful and went above and beyond.
We found Leon to be very knowledgeable on the area. He provided advice and accepted our input on price to start at, which together achieved the exact sale price he suggested we would obtain at first appraisal. Open homes, follow ups with potential purchasers and providing feedback was great. Leon even helped us with tip runs and lifting some heavy items. He is a special type of agent (feels like family). Thanks Leon for everything.

Excellent communication, personable and informative
We couldn’t have been happier with the service Leon provided throughout the purchase of our home. From the very beginning, Leon was easy to deal with. He was friendly, approachable and a great communicator, always keeping us up to date and getting back to us quickly whenever we had questions. He was accommodating with inspection times, which made things much easier for us, and he was always happy to work around our schedule. He knew the area well and gave us honest advice that helped us make informed decisions. At no stage did we feel pressured—he simply answered our questions, provided good guidance and let us make the decisions that were right for us. Leon always got back to us promptly, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. We’d happily recommend Leon to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. From original purchase to sale 8 years later
We bought the townhouse as an investment through The Professionals Harrington 7 years ago after seeing it advertised. It was a good experience as purchasers so we engaged The Professionals as Property Managers. Joan Parsons looked after the property, balancing the needs of tenants and ours as landlords. Although we lived in Sydney, Joan was always just a phone call away and knew who to engage for repairs and maintenance. We received monthly financial summaries like clockwork. Joan handed us back a property as well maintained as when we bought it. When we decided to sell, we didn’t hesitate to engage Mike and Leon to manage the sale. Even in a steep market downturn they achieved a good result and completely justified our choice of them as selling agents. Highly recommended as agents and property managers. The only downside of selling is we feel like we have lost some friends!

Great result at a tricky time!
