Cordial and at all times most professional.
Joan was most professional and welcoming in her dealings with me. She was always available to arrange private inspections due to me travelling from Sydney. I appreciated her patience and depth of local knowledge, not only in the listings of her office, but of other properties as well. Information she generously and genuinely shared that enabled me to reach my purchasing decision .

Very approachable and honest
It was wonderful to deal with an agent who treated us with honesty and integrity at all times. Mike shows a quiet and sanity saving sense of humour (so important when we were stuck in rural Victoria under lock down and therefore totally unable to view the property in person) He went out of his way to accommodate our friends who were our extra eyes and people on the ground to view the property in our place. Extra photos weren’t a problem either and he clearly understands the art of negotiation for the best outcome for both buyer (us) and his clients, the vendors. Highly recommend his services!!

Professional at "The Professionals"
Mike Parsons & his team made buying a block of land at Harrington so easy. As we were trying to secure our block from a distance (Sydney), they always kept us up to date with where things were at & if issues needed to be addressed. Can't thank them enough.
