We have owned a number of rental properties over the years and the purchase and ongoing management at times has been stressful, but with Joan and her team at The Professionals Harrington, the purchase process was timely and efficient and we were kept informed at all times, then when the property was put up for rental the property manager, Belinda, in a short period of time had the property rented to very good tenants and subsequently there has been no issues at all, would we use them again...definitely.
