I think the most credible thing about Mike is his accessibility. He’s always quick to answer the phone. He is a long time business resident of the area and is very well known and respected by the locals and visitors. He is backed up magnificently by his partner Joan. If there is one area where I feel both Mike and Joan were a little bit underdone it would be the knowledge of the homes attractions and how they work. Taking into account the vast range of electronics installed in the home. We have sold our farm and the selling agent was the complete opposite … she made very sure she was completely informed of all the attractions of the property and delivered these points very well. However she was very hard to contact and was, I feel, very slack in return calls. I don’t suppose we can have everything.
