As I reside interstate, it was comforting to know that Shane has lived in the area & worked in the industry for many years. He was always very polite & professional, & with his calm demeanour, expertise & knowledge made the sale of the property finalise with ease. No hiccups were a problem to solve, he always responded promptly to my requests & queries. Shane did a great job in organising subcontractors to prep the block prior to the sale & suggested a local WA Conveyancer to carry out the transfer of land. All in all, it was a less stressful, less painful process due to Shanes involvement. Huge thank you to Shane & the Professionals Team.
