Like most people, we spent a substantial amount of time looking for a property before deciding on one. This of course meant dealing with a lot of agents who both clearly tried to mis-inform us and made us feel pressured to buy (or at least place an offer) the related property. Unknown to them, we we had taken the time to do our homework and within 5 minutes it became apparent what they were doing. Dealing with Lorna, we didn't feel pressured, nor did she attempt to mis-inform us (which might come as a surprise to some) like so many others. Lorna helped us every step of the way that she could, so that our transition to our new home was as much a pleasant experience for us as it was a successful outcome for her. Thanks Lorna!!! Will definitely recommend you to anyone in the future who is in need of a great selling agent!

Lorna Dade did a wonderful job trying to sell my home under the circumstances. I had reasonably good tenants until I told them I was going to sell my home, the only problem they gave me was being a little behind in rent. Lorna had to face difficult tenants from the beginning, she was often denied any access to show people through, and when she did show people through the tenants would be having a beer watching T.V. and follow her around turning off the lights. Apparently my place has had the longest listing with Lorna and I sympathise with shat she had to put up with. When the tenants moved out she quite rightly advised me to spruce the place up a bit to increase interest, by putting in new carpets and painting throughout. This worked well and my place was sold shortly after. I would certainly recommend Lorna to any prospective seller or buyer.

Lorna has excelled in more ways than one in recently selling not one, but two of our properties. Her wide experience in real estate and as a marketing specialist as well, have equipped her with negotiating skills that have proved absolutely invaluable. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Having owned my own real estate agency overseas and as licensee for a Professionals Group franchise in Australia for a number of years before retiring, I was responsible for employing property consultants and recognise that it is not easy to choose the right person to handle real estate transactions. Lorna is one of the best I have encountered in over fifty years in the field. With no previous connection to her, she exceeded our expectations. Her approach and the information she initially provided immediately instilled confidence. She secured top spot advertising for us, provided instant feedback, prompt written reports and thereafter pursued potential buyers. Lorna sold the first property unexpectedly fast and, in fact, negotiated a price higher than our expectations! The second property was a difficult sale to handle in a declining market and being sentimentally attached to our double story home we were hoping for a buyer that would value and enjoy how we had preserved it. We have used Lorna for both buying and selling and she was wonderful on both sides. For selling more recently, Lorna was helpful and available every step of the way. Providing tips on how to make the house look great, pitching it at the best price and providing updates on the market. She got us a great price in a buyers market which was amazing. She was open and honest the whole way through and we would highly recommend her!
