We were looking to sell our house "as is", which would've only given a modest return on our investment. Spencer suggested an alternative, which was to subdivide the block in two. He went through the pros and cons, and left the decision to us. After making our decision Spencer put us in touch with a company that managed the development from start to finish. During this process Spencer found buyers for both blocks before they were put on the market. This was a great outcome for us.
