After doing some lengthy research into what agent to sell with I settled with James. From day dot he was punctual, informative and I could now see why he had so many 5 star reviews. The process was smooth and he was pleasant to deal with even after having to reorganise things after a small set back before home open. The day came for the house to hit market, his marketing strategy and expertise were second to none.
