James went above & beyond my expectations of a realestate agent. He had all my credentials sorted & the property on the market after only 4 days & sold my property within 2 weeks after only 1 home open. The property sold for a quite a lot more than he his original evaluation due to his own efforts & his great communication with both myself & the persons interested in buying.
