We liked Rose from the start - she came across as very friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy at all which is something that was important to us. We needed to feel comfortable with her and we did, straight away. The market had gone quiet almost straight after we had listed our house, so we had a few weeks of uncertainty and wondering whether we would need to drop our price, which was really not an option for us. Rose was honest and realistic about what was going on, but she did reassure us and convince us to hold out a bit longer. A week later we had three offers to choose from including one that had exceeded our expectations as well. Could not have been happier with the whole process, and highly recommend The Professionals, and Rose!

She has kept in touch with us over the years and done many valuations for us during this time- never with any pressure from her to sell. When it was time to move on, Rose was the only Agent we trusted to handle the sale for us. Besides her extensive knowledge and experience of the property market, Rose has a very special connection with people that made us feel supported, and that us personally, and our property, were important to her. During the sale we had a few tricky situations that could have made the process very difficult, but Rose was patient, calm and respectful of all parties involved. Her constant communication was a great asset to us especially when there are so many parties involved. There were many telephone calls made from Rose that were after business hours and she would ALWAYS call us back even if she just texted us, to say she would finish cooking dinner first! Her fees were excellent value for money, and she was willing to listen, and negotiate in such a competitive market- many other Agents we found weren't willing to do this. We could not recommend Rose more highly enough and we are so grateful for all the help and guidance she gave us to during our sale.
