Choosing an agent was something I did not take lightly. I had asked a few of the locals and a no commission company to come and meet with me. After all the meetings Rose stood out as the agent I wanted to sell my home. I was so happy with the speed and ease of the process. Not only did I have Rose but about 20 other agents through the agency bringing people on their books looking for a house like mine immediately. My home had an offer within a few days at the higher level and after the 1st open another offer and my home was sold above what I could have expected. When my home sold Rose was on the hunt to find me my new home and was always letting me know immediately if a property became available. Since the sale Rose has kept contact checking in on how I was doing which has been great. These guys are a first class service you won't regret using. The higher price I received for my property well and truly paid any costs with extra in my pocket. With one fee and so many agents it was money well spent.
