To the team at Professionals Platnium, my family and I would like to thank the amazing team that looked after us over the 2 years we were at U2/11 Morgan Loop. Special mention to Olivia who help secure this property and taking care of us, to Georga for taking over and making sure our needs and requests were met. To Tom and Rylee for our inspections and warm interactions. With every encounter we always felt a genuine connection and always treated with professionalism and the highest form of duty and care. We truly enjoyed our time at this property and will miss our beautiful neighbours John & Dorothy in Unit 1. We hope the new tenants enjoy their home as much as we did. Working with Olivia and Larissa has been an absolute pleasure! Larissa's knowledge and agent insights into the real estate market gave us confidence in our investment. Both ladies went above and beyond, making the real estate process smooth and stress-free. Olivia has been the best property manager. She is very informative with market rental trends, ways to improve the property to make it more visually appealing to new tenants. We hit the jackpot with both Larissa as our sales representative and Olivia as our Property manager. On the inspection day, we asked about the general condition of the house and the rental market in Kalgoorlie. Her answer was very detailed and knowledgeable which helped us a lot in our application. She also shared her own experience as a renter and an agent. Later, during our application, we had prompt communication with both phone calls and emails. She is such a professional and sweet agent. We had great experience with her.

Jade honestly made my life so easy when trying to rent, I really wasn’t sure what to expect in regards to any of it. Jade took the time to sit down and explain it all in detail and answered any of my stupid questions I thought I had. HIGHLY recommend using these ladies if you ever need to rent a house out and want just about nothing to do with it!
