I have had an excellent experience renting through Professionals Platinum in Kalgoorlie. From day one the team have been professional, friendly and incredibly responsive. > Hayley and Jamie communicate clearly, keep me informed at every step, and follow through promptly on any request. They made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, and their local knowledge of the Goldfields is outstanding. > It is rare to find a property management team that genuinely cares about their tenants. To the team at Professionals Platnium, my family and I would like to thank the amazing team that looked after us over the 2 years we were at U2/11 Morgan Loop. Special mention to Olivia who help secure this property and taking care of us, to Georga for taking over and making sure our needs and requests were met. To Tom and Rylee for our inspections and warm interactions. With every encounter we always felt a genuine connection and always treated with professionalism and the highest form of duty and care. We truly enjoyed our time at this property and will miss our beautiful neighbours John & Dorothy in Unit 1. We hope the new tenants enjoy their home as much as we did. We will definitely pop into the office to visit the team when we’re in town next. Thank you again, we are truly blessed and honoured to have partnered with Professionals Platnium. Working with Olivia and Larissa has been an absolute pleasure! Larissa's knowledge and agent insights into the real estate market gave us confidence in our investment. Both ladies went above and beyond, making the real estate process smooth and stress-free. Olivia has been the best property manager. She is very informative with market rental trends, ways to improve the property to make it more visually appealing to new tenants. We hit the jackpot with both Larissa as our sales representative and Olivia as our Property manager. If you’re looking for a phenomenal agent who understands the local community and the local market, I can't recommend Professionals Platinum enough.

On the inspection day, we asked about the general condition of the house and the rental market in Kalgoorlie. Her answer was very detailed and knowledgeable which helped us a lot in our application. She also shared her own experience as a renter and an agent. Later, during our application, we had prompt communication with both phone calls and emails. She is such a professional and sweet agent. We had great experience with her.
