About Frank

Frank commenced his real estate career in June 1978. After having worked for another local real estate firm for just over nine years, in 1987 he teamed up with David Kaesler and together established Kaesler Di Martino & Co Pty Ltd, Professionals Port Adelaide. He has an excellent knowledge of the local area having lived in the Port Adelaide district since he migrated from Italy in 1967 at the age of eleven. Frank and his family all reside in the local area. Frank is a Registered Manager and also an experienced Auctioneer and over the years has received numerous sales orientated awards from the Professionals Group. He believes that there is only one way of doing business and that’s honestly and by giving clients the right advice and best service at all times“no gimmicks”. During his real estate career, many satisfied clients are repeating their real estate business with Frank. When you deal with Frank you will receive only the best of service and over twenty nine years of experience which is very important when it involves negotiating a sale. The company was established in 1987 by Frank Di Martino and business partner at the time David Kaesler with the vision to provide clients with the best real estate advice and excellent customer service with all real estate transactions. The company joined the Professionals Group in 1989 in order to be able to offer clients all the benefits of an Australasian Network of around 550 Offices throughout Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Singapore. The referral network, communications and involvement with other Professional offices plus with the constant in-house training provided by the group our clients receive maximum benefit. The firm offers a wide range of services including Auctioneering, Property Management, Residential and Commercial/Industrial sales and leasing, arranging of Valuations, Insurance and Land Divisions. The company is a member of the Real Estate Institute Of South Australia and is also the proud Inaugural winner of the Small Business Award for the Real Estate Category of the Western area in 1994 and a finalist in the same category in subsequent years. The staffs at the Professionals Port Adelaide are highly motivated teams committed in making its clients feel comfortable and happy with their real estate experience.

Great Agent

I would highly recommend Frank Di Martino as a first class real estate agent. He always responded immediately to any request I made and went out of his way on occasion to help with any problem I had.
