This turned out to be a very quick and easy sale. Frank got a very good price, comfortably above what I was hoping for, and it was also a very quick sale. The delay was caused because I did not a very quick settlement, to give us time to move out, and then my bank, for some reason, as yet unexplained, claimed the title. Other than that it was a very quick, very smooth, and profitable transaction.

This was in some ways a difficult sale, because very shortly after it was put on the market, the tenant decided that she would like to buy it. Unfortunatly, while she was keen to buy, she had to sell another unit first, and she was not very keen to actually put it on the market. That did delay the process. While was was initially given a month in which she would have exclusive right to buy, once that was over, she wanted another month. Frank managed to steer the ship through the rough waters, and get the price I was asking at the start. I was also doing this from the other side of the world, so I was very pleased with the result, and Franks actions.
