Initial contact with Bradley was almost twelve months ago as a result of a market appraisal for houses in Kylie Ave. I was not ready to move at that time and wanted an idea of the value of my property. The information Bradley provided was comprehensive and down to earth. Periodic contact was in the form of an update and there was no pressure on me to make a decision. When ready to sell in November, Bradley not only provided me with the latest market info, but also advised me of several things which needed doing to enhance the sale.
