Bradley presented himself to my house after previously selling the house behind me. I was in the process of renovating and was covered in dust and the house was a "serious work in progress" ie a building site. Bradley gave me some insights as to what the market expected to see which proved to be a massive assistance to sell the property. Bradley's marketing plan and communication was brilliant. Brad has great knowledge of the area and the current trend in the market. He made the whole process smooth and answered all of my many questions in the lead up to our house going on the market, including tips on presenting the house for open homes. The house we purchased was also through Brad, and with a couple of settlement day dramas Brad went above and beyond to assist us which we are very grateful for. Bradley's knowledge of the market was spot on. His open house presentation over several days created competing clients which brought about the best price possible for the property. Any issues, for example during the pest and building inspection Bradley was on top of it arranging for matters to be addressed immediately, which was good for both seller and buyer.
