I contacted Bradley about my property, as I had bought it originally through the Professionals a number of years prior. I was actually calling for assistance on a rental matter, and on talking with Bradley and his rental team, decided to look at the option of selling. I originally did not want to sell, as I was of the opinion that it would be too hard, take too long, and as the property had been a rental, that there was simply too much to do, to get the house in to a sell-able state.
