I contacted Bradley about my property, as I had bought it originally through the Professionals a number of years prior. I was actually calling for assistance on a rental matter, and on talking with Bradley and his rental team, decided to look at the option of selling. I originally did not want to sell, as I was of the opinion that it would be too hard, take too long, and as the property had been a rental, that there was simply too much to do, to get the house in to a sell-able state. All the people he recommended turned up on time to meetings, were very professional and were very well priced on their services also! We got the house in order very quickly, which was no small miracle as the previous tenants were terrible and the agent that was running the rental on our behalf, was even worse! The house was placed on the market and had 5 offers within 48 hours! Not only did we have a great amount of offers, but the highest offer was above the upper dollar amount we expected the house would bring! I really can not recommend Bradley highly enough. He made the whole process very easy for us. He recommended local tradespeople who were very professional and timely, and he had our house under contract within 72 hours! I have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone looking, or thinking of selling their property!
