I have recently passed the management of my property to Kristy at Professionals Property Plus Canning Vale. Kristy has extensive knowledge of the Gosnells area and took the time to find the right tenant for the property. She kept me informed every step of the way. I felt Kristy wanted to find the best tenant for me as well as had the tenants interests in mind and made sure all was a perfect match :) its early days however I feel very satisfied with the service and happy that the ongoing management of my property is in great hands. The office are also using Property technology that ensures on time rental payments and I receive an accurate report of all activity for the month.

I've been using them since 2015 (when I met the agent through a social sports club) and haven't seen a need to change. As an investment property owner, they have been doing a great job on my properties in terms of working with tenants, myself, and doing what needs to be done. When I have questions, I get prompt responses. Whenever something needs to be discussed, they provide their advice/opinions, and still allow me to make my own choices on which way to go. My tenants have all been happy, and I've actually recommended them to at least 2 friends of mine to manage their properties as well.
